Rental Rate Large Hall - 7 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Fri-Sun $1400, Mon-Thurs $1000
Damage / Rental Deposit - $800
Kitchen - Included
Small Hall
Capacity: With Tables 59.
Rental Rate Small Hall - Mon-Sun $70/hr. (Minimum of 2 hrs.)
Damage / Rental Deposit - $200
Kitchen - $60 If it's available.
Table Cover Prices (Must have 30 days notice)
Plastic - $4.00 per table (rectangle tables only)
Extras
Fence for behind cake or gift table $20
Lighted Curtain $25 each
Small Changing room $30 (An additional $50 damage deposit required).
Screen and projector Large Hall only $100 (An additional $100 damage deposit).
